Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of Vunari's financial operations platform.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Vunari's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Definitions
- Platform: Vunari's financial operations software and APIs
- Services: Payments, payouts, payroll, accounting, and related features
- Customer: The entity or individual using the platform
- End User: Individuals transacting through the Customer's use of the platform
- Content: Data, information, and materials uploaded or processed via the platform
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for:
- Illegal activities or prohibited transactions
- Fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Interfering with platform security or integrity
- Reverse engineering or extracting source code
- Exceeding rate limits or abusive API usage
5. Financial Transactions
You are responsible for all transactions initiated through your account. Vunari processes transactions per your instructions but does not guarantee the actions of third-party payment providers or banking partners.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for platform usage are as described in your agreement or the current pricing schedule. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may incur interest.
7. Intellectual Property
Vunari retains all rights to the platform, APIs, documentation, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your Content. You grant Vunari a license to process Content solely to provide the Services.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information. Confidential information includes business data, financial records, API keys, and technical documentation.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VUNARI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vunari harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Vunari may terminate immediately for material breach, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, you must cease using the platform and pay any outstanding fees.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
